Icon Parking You will have to walk a few extra blocks, however you can save up to 50% of the cost. The closest lot is Efficient Parking, on 23rd Street and 7th Avenue. These lots are by reservation only, so make sure you call ahead.

Subway/Bus Directions:
Take the C or E to 23rd Street.
Take the M23 (which stops on 23rd Street) to the last stop, 12th Avenue (West Street).
Wonderland on Ice is located between the two ice rinks.
