Nike-Bauer Warranty

GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS:  All sewn skates and hockey equipment, excluding helmets, are warranted against manufacturing defects and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of sale.  All molded skates are warranted against manufacturing defects and workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of sale.  All helmets are warranted against manufacturing defects and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of sale.  All composite sticks and shafts are warranted against manufacturing defects and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of sale.  All wood sticks and blades are not covered under warranty.

Defective products (except composite sticks and shafts) must be returned to the Nike Bauer Hockey USA, Inc. dealer where they were originally purchased, together with proof of purchase.  Dealer is not authorized to replace the product.  It is then the dealer’s responsibility to return the product to an authorized repair depot for inspection. If after complete inspection, Nike Bauer Hockey U.S.A., Inc. has determined that the product is defective, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.  A pre-determined charge will be levied by Nike Bauer Hockey U.S.A., Inc. for the repair of broken products that can be repaired but to which this warranty policy cannot apply.  For composite sticks and shafts consumer should call 1-888-509-6875.
